Phuket Tours and Day Trips
Book Phuket tours with a licensed local agency: Phi Phi and James Bond Island day trips, shows, water parks and airport transfers. Hotel pickup, chat 24/7.
A Phuket day tour usually starts with a hotel pickup in the morning and a boat out into the Andaman Sea, and you are back in the afternoon or early evening. The classic trips are the Phi Phi Islands, James Bond Island in Phang Nga Bay, and the closer islands of Racha and Coral Island.
Alwani is a booking agency based in Phuket. Each tour page lists the price in Thai baht and what is included, and a real person answers on WhatsApp, day or night.

How booking a Phuket tour with Alwani works
Boat trips, shows and parks are run by partner operators such as Sea Angel, Love Andaman, Crystal and Happy. Alwani takes your booking, sends your voucher and answers your messages before the trip and on the day.
Most boat tours include hotel pickup from set areas such as Patong, Kata, Karon and Phuket Town. The tour page lists its pickup areas and any extra charge for hotels outside them, and we send your pickup time after you book.
Prices are in Thai baht, and you pay online by card or PromptPay. Online booking closes 24 hours before the start time; for anything later, message us on WhatsApp.
Phi Phi Island tours
Phi Phi is the classic day trip from Phuket: Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon, Khai Island and snorkeling stops, by speedboat, cruise boat, catamaran or yacht. The day runs from about seven hours on a speedboat to ten on the cruise boat. Compare every boat on Phi Phi Island tours, or start with the Phi Phi, Maya Bay and Khai Island speedboat tour by Sea Angel.
James Bond Island and Phang Nga Bay
North of Phuket, Phang Nga Bay is full of limestone islands rising straight out of the sea. Tours stop at James Bond Island (Khao Phing Kan), paddle into sea caves by canoe or kayak, and some visit Koh Panyee, the fishing village built on stilts. The James Bond Island tour by longtail boat, run by Happy, includes the national park fee and lunch. For a speedboat or a catamaran, see James Bond Island tours.
Racha, Coral, Similan and Maiton
For a shorter boat ride, Coral Island (Koh Hey) is about 15 minutes by speedboat from Chalong Pier, and the Banana Beach day on Coral Island includes lunch, a beach chair and a snorkel mask. Catamarans such as NOAH and the Aeolos sailing catamaran pair Coral Island with Racha, and Aeolos ends at Promthep Cape for sunset. The Similan Islands are a long day by catamaran and open only in season, and Maiton Island joins Phi Phi on some trips. Compare them on Phuket island hopping tours.
Shows, water park and tickets
Evenings are for shows, such as Simon Cabaret in Patong or Carnival Magic in Kamala. By day there is Andamanda water park, the Aquaria aquarium at Central Phuket Floresta, and zipline parks such as Hanuman World. Most are entry tickets, and each page says whether hotel transfer is included. See them all on Phuket shows and tickets, or go straight to Simon Cabaret tickets or Andamanda water park tickets.
Phuket Airport transfers
Airport transfers are run by Alwani, with our own vans and drivers. Your driver meets international arrivals at Gate 2 and domestic arrivals at Gate D1, with drinking water and cold towels in the van. Book the Phuket Airport transfer to your hotel, or ride in a Toyota Alphard with the Alphard airport transfer.
Things to do in Phuket beyond the boat
Not every day has to be on the water. Old Phuket Town has Sino-Portuguese shophouses, street art and night markets, and the south of the island has the viewpoints: Promthep Cape, Karon Viewpoint and the Big Buddha on Nakkerd Hill. The half-day Phuket city tour stops at the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, and the Melody sunset dinner cruise watches the sun go down off Promthep Cape. On a rainy afternoon, the aquarium and the Maya Media Museum are both indoors at Central Phuket Floresta.
When to go
November to April is the dry season, with calm seas for island trips. May to October is the monsoon: showers come and go, the waves are bigger, and operators cancel boat trips on days the sea is unsafe. Shows, the aquarium and zipline parks run all year, and the Similan Islands National Park closes for the season, roughly mid-May to mid-October.

Phuket travel FAQ
What day trips can I take from Phuket?
The classic boat trips are the Phi Phi Islands with Maya Bay and Khai Island, James Bond Island in Phang Nga Bay, Racha and Coral Island for a shorter day, and the Similan Islands in season. Most include hotel pickup and lunch, and the tour page lists exactly what is included.
How much do Phuket tours cost?
Prices are per person and depend on the boat and what is included. Right now, Phi Phi Island tours cost from ฿960 to ฿5,700, James Bond Island tours from ฿1,250 to ฿4,950, island hopping tours to Racha, Coral Island and the Similans from ฿1,900 to ฿5,500, and show and attraction tickets from ฿500 to ฿2,000. An airport transfer to your hotel starts at ฿700.
Do Phuket tours include hotel pickup?
Most boat tours do, from set areas such as Patong, Kata, Karon and Phuket Town. Each tour page lists its pickup areas, and we send your pickup time after you book. Many show and park tickets are entry only, without transport.
Which Phuket tours include the national park fee?
The James Bond Island tour by longtail boat, run by Happy, includes the national park fee, so there is nothing to pay at the pier. On other boat tours it varies: some include it and some ask you to pay it at the pier. Each tour page lists it under what is and is not included.
Can I book a Phuket tour for tomorrow?
Online booking closes 24 hours before the start time, Thailand time. If your tour starts sooner than that, message us on WhatsApp and we will check with the operator whether there is still space.
When is the best time to visit Phuket?
November to April is the dry season, with calm seas for island hopping. May to October brings monsoon rain and bigger waves: it is quieter, land activities and shows still run, and some boat trips are cancelled on rough days.
Do Phuket tours run in the rainy season?
Yes. From May to October most tours still run, but operators cancel boat trips when the sea is unsafe, and the Similan Islands are closed for the season. Shows, the aquarium and zipline parks run in the rain, so they make good backup plans.
How many days should I spend in Phuket?
Three to five days is comfortable: enough for one or two island day trips, a day of viewpoints and temples, and time on the beach. A week lets you add the Similan Islands or simply slow down.
