Terms of Service

By accessing or using Alwani ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a reference number.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by activity and are displayed on each listing page before you book. Refunds are processed according to the policy applicable to your booking. In general, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the activity qualify for a full refund.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including participant counts and any special requirements. You must comply with the tour operator's rules and meet any health or physical requirements stated for the activity.

4. Limitation of Liability

Alwani acts as an intermediary between travelers and tour operators. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the activities listed, nor for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a booked activity.

5. Changes to These Terms
