Terms of Service

By accessing or using Alwani ("the Platform"), operated by Alwani Travel (Thailand) Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Omise (Opn Payments). Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a reference number.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

One cancellation policy applies to every booking. A booking cancelled at least 24 hours before the activity starts is refunded in full: card and TrueMoney payments are refunded automatically to the payment method used when the cancellation is made; PromptPay payments are refunded by bank transfer to a bank account or PromptPay number provided by the customer, within 7 business days of receiving those details. A booking cancelled less than 24 hours before the activity starts is not refunded, and a booking cannot be cancelled once the activity has started. No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded. TrueMoney payments more than 30 days after payment, and card payments more than 365 days after payment (160 days for JCB, American Express and Diners Club), cannot be refunded even when cancelled in time. 3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including participant counts and any special requirements. You must comply with the tour operator's rules and meet any health or physical requirements stated for the activity.

4. Limitation of Liability

Alwani acts as an intermediary between travelers and tour operators. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the activities listed, nor for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a booked activity.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For questions, contact us at contact@alwanitravel.com.
