This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Alwani uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies and browser-storage entries are required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off: they keep you signed in, remember your cart and language, and remember your cookie choice. We also keep one first-party record: the campaign link you first arrived from, saved with your order so we know which campaigns lead to bookings. Nothing in this category is sent to advertising or analytics vendors, so no consent is required.

2. Cookieless Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand overall traffic and usage patterns. Umami is cookieless — it sets no cookies and does not collect personal data — so it runs automatically for every visitor and does not require consent.
3. Analytics Cookies (Optional)
Only if you switch on Analytics do we load Google Analytics 4, to measure which pages and tours work so we can improve the site. It sets the cookies below. Google processes this data on servers outside Thailand.

4. Marketing Cookies (Optional)
Only if you switch on Marketing do we load the Meta Pixel and Google Ads measurement, to show our tours to you on Facebook, Instagram and Google and to see which ads lead to bookings. Meta and Google process this data on servers outside Thailand; see international transfers in our Privacy Policy. Nothing from Google or Meta loads before you opt in, and you can switch each category on or off separately.

5. Withdrawing or Changing Your Consent
You can change your choice for each category at any time with the button below. Switching a category off takes effect straight away: its tools stop sending data and their cookies are removed from your browser. Declining never affects searching, booking or payment.
