This page walks through how booking works, how to manage an existing booking, and where to go if you're stuck. For specific questions, check our FAQ first — most things are answered there.

How booking works

Browse activities, pick a date and options at checkout, and pay with one of our supported payment methods. Once payment succeeds, you'll receive a single confirmation email with your voucher attached as a PDF, and the booking appears under My Bookings.

Managing a booking

All of your bookings are listed at My Bookings. Open a booking to see its status, the activity details, and the actions available for that booking:

  • Confirmed and completed bookings can view or print their voucher — the same document attached to your confirmation email, carrying the reference number the operator checks.
  • Confirmed bookings can be cancelled from the booking page, subject to the cancellation policy shown there.
  • If a payment failed, the booking page offers a way to retry the payment.

Payment options

Checkout accepts Credit / Debit Card, PromptPay, and TrueMoney Wallet. All payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB).

Cancellations & refunds

The same cancellation policy applies to every activity: cancel from the booking page at least 24 hours before the activity starts and you receive a full refund, issued automatically to the payment method you used. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded, and a booking can't be cancelled once the activity has started. PromptPay payments are refunded by bank transfer; TrueMoney and card refunds are only possible within their time limits. See the cancellation & refund policy for the details.

What to bring on the day

Show the operator the QR code or reference number from your booking page or voucher email — either lets them look up your booking.
