Alwani Travel (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("Alwani", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the data you provide when using our platform to discover and book tours and activities.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details — when you create an account or make a booking. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, and device information to improve our service.

When you arrive through an ad or campaign link, your order also records that link's campaign details and the page you first landed on.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process bookings, communicate confirmation and vouchers, provide customer support, personalise your experience, and send relevant promotions (only with your consent). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

If you start a booking and don't finish paying, we may send you one reminder about that booking. You can turn these off from the link in the email.

3. Data Sharing

We share necessary booking details with tour operators to fulfill your reservation. We also use trusted third-party services — such as Omise (Opn Payments) for payment processing — that are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements. Booking and newsletter emails are sent through Brevo, our email provider, which stores your email address (and, for the newsletter, your language) on servers outside Thailand.

4. Cookies, Analytics and International Transfers

Optional cookies stay off until you switch them on, and you choose each category separately: Analytics (Google Analytics 4, which helps us see which pages work) and Marketing (Meta Pixel and Google Ads, which let us show you our tours on Facebook, Instagram and Google). Strictly necessary storage (sign-in, cart, language and your consent choice) and our cookieless Umami statistics need no consent. Declining any category never affects searching, booking or payment.

International transfers: if you switch on Analytics, information about your visit (pages viewed, device and browser details, an online identifier and approximate location) is sent to Google. If you switch on Marketing, similar information is sent to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and to Google Ads. Google and Meta process it on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States, under their own terms and privacy policies. Nothing is sent to them for a category you have not switched on.

When you arrive through an ad or campaign link, its campaign details (such as utm_source or an ad-click ID) are kept in your browser for 30 days and saved with any order you place, so we can see which campaigns lead to bookings. This record is first-party: we never send it to Google, Meta or any other vendor.

You can withdraw or change your consent for each category at any time with the button below or in our Cookie Policy. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and removes those vendors’ cookies from your browser; it does not affect data sent before you withdrew.

5. Your Rights
