Booking

How do I make a booking?

Browse activities, choose your date and options, then complete checkout with one of our supported payment methods. You'll get a confirmation email once payment succeeds.

Where can I see my bookings?

All your bookings are listed at My Bookings. Open any booking to see its status and available actions.

What do the different booking statuses mean?

A booking can be pending, confirmed, cancelled, payment failed, refunded, or completed. The status is shown on the booking page.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit / Debit Card, PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet, Rabbit LINE Pay, ShopeePay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All amounts are charged in Thai Baht (THB).

My payment failed — what now?

Open the booking from My Bookings; a booking marked as payment failed offers an option to retry the payment.

Cancellations & refunds

What is the cancellation policy?

Each activity can set its own cancellation policy, shown on the activity page and on your booking. Where an activity doesn't set one, the default policy is: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts, with cancellations inside that window possibly subject to charges.

How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking from My Bookings. A "Cancel Booking" option is available while the booking is confirmed.

On the day

What do I need to show the operator?

Your booking's QR code or its reference number — both are on the booking page and in the voucher email, and the operator can scan the QR or enter the reference number.

I can't find my voucher email — can I get another?

Yes. Open the booking at My Bookings and use the option there to re-send the voucher email.

Account

I haven't received my email verification link.

Visit Verify Email to request or complete verification.

I forgot my password.

Go to Forgot Password and follow the steps to reset it.
